“Dance Your Heart Out” is a Fundraiser Event & Cause aimed at increasing awareness about heart disease among the youth through artistic forms of self-expression that derive straight from the heart such as music and dance. It has become a movement to inspire the youth in finding passion in living, as we feel may be the foundation to living a healthier and active lifestyle, and in turn – BEAT heart disease.So far, We’ve held two Fundraising Events for Dance Your Heart Out, showcasing music and dance performances, dance competition of all-styles, and motivational speaking.

The 1st edition in 2011 all profits were raised for the Montreal Heart Institute.
The 2nd edition in 2013 all profits were raised for the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
